GLP-1 Support: More Than the Medication
A shame-free therapeutic group for women navigating GLP-1s. Thursdays, 7:15–8:30 PM · $90 per session · 10-week closed group.
If you're using a GLP-1 medication and feeling shame, guilt, or confusion about your journey, you're not alone. Many high-responsibility women are navigating the same emotional terrain — quietly, privately, and without support.
Women on GLP-1s often experience:
- Shame about "needing help"
- Fear of being judged by peers or partners
- Embarrassment about side effects
- Identity confusion ("Who am I if I'm not struggling with this anymore?")
- Pressure to justify their choice
- Hypervigilance around body changes
Coast Counseling & Healing offers a private, therapist-led space to explore the emotional side of GLP-1s: the identity shifts, the internalized pressure, the fear of judgment, and the quiet relief you don't know how to talk about.
Here, you don't have to explain yourself. You don't have to justify your choices. You don't have to pretend you're fine. You get to exhale.
Is this group right for you?
