When both of you carry demanding careers, families and responsibilities, the relationship is often the first thing to get whatever is left over. The same arguments come back. Conversations turn into logistics. You start to feel more like co-managers than partners.
Couples in high-pressure, high-responsibility relationships rarely argue about the surface issue. They argue about feeling unseen, unsupported, or misunderstood. Couples therapy gives you a protected place to work beneath the surface argument, on what is actually creating the distance between you.
Sessions include both partners, in person in Ponte Vedra Beach or by secure video anywhere in Florida & Delaware. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we look at the patterns you fall into as a couple, what each of you needs, and how to talk about hard things without it turning into a fight.
Family therapy is also available: a structured process that helps family members communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships by addressing underlying dynamics and emotional patterns.
Couples therapy is $250 per 60-minute session. Family therapy is $250 per 90-minute session. This is a private-pay practice: I don't contract directly with insurance, which protects your privacy and means no diagnostic labels on your record. Out-of-network benefits are accepted. See sessions & fees for details.
Book a free 15-minute call. One or both of you can join. It's a short conversation to see if this is the right fit, with no pressure and no paperwork.
